Ls2 Misfire - comes and goes

Ls2 Misfire - comes and goes Hoping someone can point me in the right direction here for what to look for.
Stock LS2 motor with yella Terra lifters, wide band lamda sensor and re-map.
Problem is this, starts up and seems to be missing a spark, running with around 180 to 200hp I reckon so could be one plug?
After it warms up a bit it catches itself and I get all the power. Runs well for around 20mins but then if I cruise along at say 60mph it'll cut back down again and start missing. If I floor it it generally clears itself and back to normal (only to do it again 15 mins down the road).
Oh, also pops and bangs a bit when slowing down. I'm thinking it's a fouled plug perhaps or something along those lines.
Any thoughts and what routine should I do to check?
