Default SES light on after throttle body swap

I just swapped out my throttle body for a ported and polished one, and now my SES light is on. I also noticed a bit of hesitation around 2300 RPMs. I've checked everything over with a fine-tooth comb and everything is reconnected correctly. What could be the issue? Thanks in advance.

check the bolts on the intake and make sure they are all tight. I threw a check engine code b/c of that. Then I overtorqued a bolt and broke it in half.

If the SES light went away and it's running strong again your good to go. Sometimes it takes the hardware some miles to learn what it needs to adjust properly to changes.
