Default Rear Brake Noise

Hi I've been the owner of a '98 Trans Am for 2 weeks now, and love it so far. When I got the car it had some vibration in the rear while braking so I took off the rotors, saw that they had brake material imbedded in them, and had them resurfaced. After reinstalling them the braking was smooth, no more vibration. Now, a few days later, the rear brakes are starting to make alot of noise. They are squeaking like crazy when braking at high to mid speeds. And If i slow to a 5 mph roll and apply the brakes lightly, theyre making god awful loud scraping noises in the rear, mainly from one side. The pads look almost new. I'm not getting any vibration now, but the racket they are making is driving me crazy. Should I try new pads or pads and rotors, or what? Thanks for reading.

Default

Did you apply stop squeal/brake quiet/Silglide type compound to the proper contact points when re-installing the pads?
