I ran the 233/239 cam with the prc 2.5 5.3 heads, a4, 12 bolt, 1 7/8 headers and a fast 92/92 setup and made 448rwhp. at the track at 8000' DA it ran 12.0 which at sea level would be about a 11.2-3. Hope this helps.

#'s in sig on a stingy dyno. Have a FAST 92 unported, 2.5 heads 1 3/4 headers. Haven't taken it to track yet but I should be high 11's once my new rearend and suspension get installed next year. I can tell you my car is a blast to drive. Power comes in around 3500 all the way up to 6500 it just screams

I would say it should be okay in moderation. I mean I spin mine to that when racing but not all the time. Best way is a forged bottom end. But you will get people saying on here that they spin theirs to 7K. not sure if I believe that or not but you never know. the stock motor was not built to run that high of rpms IMO. make sure you have enough fuel to support the RPMs your running also

The rod bolts are the weakest link when it comes to N/A applications it seems like. Some break at 6200, yet some dont break at 7000...kinda hit or miss.
