Spark Plugs
I just bought a set of NGK t55 plugs for my car.
It is an 01 ws6 stock automatic long tube headers ORY pipe Loudmouth 1 exhaust and SLP intake.
What gap should i run with these plugs.
Are they good plugs? Anyone have problems with them?

Since you are not spraying or boosted, run the stock gap.
The original spec is .060" gap, but it was later revised to .045" in order to lessen the possibility of misfires due to such a large gap.
I've been running a .060" gap for years on my AC Delco Iridiums, and its been fine, no misfires at all. The wider the gap, the better the flame front, and the better the combustion.

You can run the TR55 gapped anywhere from .050 to .060 and expect the same results. At your mod level, gapping isn't critical so anywhere in that range will do. I'd do .055-.060 if I were you though.
The spec was revised because the plug type and construction was changed (from platinum tip to iridium tip). GM never recommended reducing plug gap on the stock platinum plugs. This is covered in detail under service bulletin 03D-J-171, dated December 12, 2003.
