Default Fuel cell, fuel tank

Can someone explain to me the difference between a fuel cell and a fuel tank. What is the advantage of putting in a fuel tank is it just for the weight due to a smaller capacity tank?

Fuel cells are typically smaller and used more on track cars. They save a lot of weight because of size. For a street car I would be hard pressed to do a fuel cell unless it carried a decent amount of fuel.

okay, that's what I thought. Would there be any advantage to a 18 gal fuel cell over the stock 18 gal fuel tank?

you could get it or modify it with the fuel pick up you need.easier to plumb for a return style system.it should have foam for anti sloshing.
