Are you an auto or manual?
Which stage 2 heads are you talking about? LS6, 5.3, stock castings?
We need more info.....
You're best bet would be to call a sponsor and have them spec you out a heads/cam combo. Just throwing parts together doesn't work that well. The best setups are well thought out and work very well with each other (heads, cam, intake, compression, other mods, etc.)

I got 22 mpg on the highway with my cam. I have to be in 5th on the highway at 70 mph, anything around 1500 rpms surges. Around town, getting on it alot, gets like 12 mpg. Its horrible on gas around town.

I'd say a 224-230 cam with those heads will give you what your lookin for, but the tune will have alot to do with it as well. Gas mileage depends mainly on what tranny/gear setup you have and your driving habits, but no matter what the setup is you can expect 12-15 city and 19-26 hwy. Cam only with an M6/4.10's I average 12 city/25 hwy. 19-20mpg's is what I average a tank.
