When is the last time the fuel filter was changed? May be starving for fuel at WOT, but not while easy driving because it's full of ****. Seen it before. Something to check out.

First things first, I'd check for codes.

I'd suspect dirty fuel filter if it's up high. Going lean=knock retard

Not exactly related but I saw a Jeep Liberty last week with a bad o2 sensor that caused the entire left bank to misfire. Swapped it over to the other side and it made the right bank misfire. This Jeep only did it on cold starts and was fine after it warmed up.

Not saying that's your problem but it wouldn't hurt to look into the o2 sensors especially if the problem started right after you replaced them. Might be a defective part.

You could have possibly cracked a plug while installing it (i've done that before), or you might have a wire thats not seated properly. With the engine idling, take a spray bottle of water and spray towards the plugs and plug wires to see if it worsens the running condition. If not, I would look into those o2 sensors.
