could be a bearing on a pulley too.
Spray some belt dressing on it, if it stops squeaking its the belt. If it doesn't, its more than likely a pulley bearing... Then to narrow down which pulley, it helps to use a stethoscope.

I had this issue with my car a few years back. It ended up being the tensioner pulley. You could try taking it to AutoZone to see if they can listen to the pulleys and point you in the right direction. Belts do go bad after awhile, although this does sound more like a pulley or bearing than the belt.
