5.3l ls1 swap questions

I'm in the process of finishing the swap on my '87 K5 and I'm having some issues with the throttle and kickdown cables, I'm using the 700r4 trans and currently the motor has the fly by wire throttle body on it and I'm switching to a cable drive. Need answers on what to do about my kick down cable, other issue is the wiring harness, its a hacked up nightmare right now the idiots that had it before me cut all the injector ends off at the injectors and I would like to still use this harness

Any help is greatly appreciated
