Pretty confused here guys,
#12560251 Intake manifold seal.
I been told I need 5 of these for the ls6 intake swap. Dealer says I need 2 per engine?
Let me know, trying to order this stuff now.

Are those the foam things that go on the front and rear of the intake?
Tho it is correct that you need 2... I ended up ripping these off my intake. If you do the TSB where you gotte make the dam out of RTV sealant around the knock sensors, its better to remove those foam pads I thought? At least thats what I recall reading about them.
Here is the TSB on that:

I did that around both sensors.... removed the rear foam pad as well as that states.

I just went to advanced and got a intake manifold gasket set came with the foam pads like $20 if you reusing your old throttle body count on a throttle body gasket and also just plan on replacing the oil pressure sending unit or just watch out that its back there the power brake booster hose snags it so if you remove it off the back of the manifold your good!
