newb quastion
I have the torque specs for motor but i have never use degrees to torque. can some enlighten me?
Are you guys using lock tight or a anti seize on bolts?

Depends on the bolts your talking about. Most of them use locktight, you really only use antiseize on spark plugs.
Try ls1howto.com , its got all the torque specs... if its heads or something, there might be a walk through for it also. Another good idea is to look at the bolts that came out, you will see if it had thread locker on it.
As far as doing degrees, its fairly simple. Torque all the bolts to spec, then mark them all the same way, so if you make all lines ' -- ' and it says to torque 90 degrees, turn it till your mark is ' | '. And your done. If it says 45 degrees, your mark will look like ' \ ' .
