So i've been knocking off parts for a cam swap for awhile now. I currently have everything that i need....i think.

LS6 Ported oil pump w/ o-ring
LS2 Timing Chain
228R Cam
Pushrods
Springs
All the bolts/gaskets needed
Engine oil for lube

is there anything im missing? also how long would i be able to go without a tune? whats the worst thing that could happen if i dont get a tune right away?

Your list looks good, with that cam youll be ok for a few days as long as you dont beat on it. Its going to run like *** though.
