Default Knock sensor problem

Hey guys, just started putting my motor together and I noticed the white part on one of my knock sensors is partially broken off. The connector will still click like it's secure and the metal connection is covered by the plastic connector it's just about 2/3 of top of the white plastic part is broken off. Will it still work? Can I still use it? I was thinking of putting a little RTV on it once it's connected to make sure no moisture gets in and the connection doesn't pop off.

IF it's just at plug in should be alright. Def wanna make sure that dosen't come unplugged. Or just check on price for one and replace it. If it's not hard to get to when back in car try it and see.
