Figured this is a pretty general question so I posted it here.

I'm swapping a 5.3L LM7 into my Nissan 240SX, and I was wondering if I can simply buy the LS1 wiring harness and use it with my LM7?

I know I'm going to have to cut and splice anyway, but I've heard on various nissan forum boards that the LS1 wiring harness is all around easier and less of a PITA.

If anyone that has a V8 240sx can chime in, it'd be great. Thanks

I am doing a similar project and from what I've read, you can use your ls1 harness. The block shouldn't matter. Are you on silviav8?

Youll need a cable tb the trucks had electronic.
