If you have budget and performance in mind you cant go wrong with a set of TEA 220 as cast heads. We have them for $1679 loaded with TEA Dual Gold Springs. These heads have a 13.5* valve angle so we can afford to mill them quite a bit for added compression/power. Give me a call here at the shop or shoot me a pm to discuss in detail.

Do you currently have stock heads on your car? I would suggest looking into AI's all out port for 241s. It runs $1250 and uses your existing castings. Or if you can't afford the down-time, 241s are typically very cheap so you could pick up a spare set and send them off ahead of time so they would be ready for your install. This is a proven port design with lots of results floating around this website. Another option would be to pick up some 243/799 and have them do full CNC porting for about $1000. Both options will yield excellent results in the hp per $$ department.

Yeah stock heads. How do they usually take to get ported? HP gain pretty impressive?

There are better heads for sure just depends on what you want to spend. TFS 220's with the powdered metal gudes are among the best bang for buck out there right now IMO. The PM guides are only a $100 upgrade and you can run stock rockers... They are worth an easy 20rwhp over the PP heads....

check vengeance racing for TFS heads prices.you will need powder metal guilds to use stock rockers.you should rebuild your rockers if you use them with a bigger cam or if they are hi-mileage.you can get terra yella rockers for $400.
