99 ss engine tick hot or cold Im new but have a real problem have a constant lifter tick and it drives me nuts help please dont want to have to get rid of it but cant take it anymore

You don't have to get rid of the car. Change the lifters if you know that's what it is. But, if you aren't 100% sure, do the simple stuff first. Look for exhaust leaks,bent pushrods, ect ect..
