Which is better: Fast 90mm or the 102mm?

Wow...no...not at all.

Since the 102 superceeds the 92, It is good for all applications...notice I said good, not great.

Depending on what your setup is will determine which manifold you need. Bigger is not always better. Also when faced with the decision on throttle bodies, be aware that there are very, very few setups that REQUIRE a 102mm throttle body.

You try to put a 102/102 on a bolt on car and you will regret it unless you have a damn good tuner. You can make the same power, if not more with a 102/92, 92/92, 90/90 setup. Again depending on your engines air flow requirements.

fast dose not make a 90/92mm intake any more ,if you want one you can find one for sale in the used parts section.

A 102/102 combo will not hurt, the intake runners and intake ports determine velocity, not the TB size. This isn't a carb

I would recommend using a 92mm TB if it is for a mild engine.I hear it is easier to tune ,and less likely to contact the water pump.
