I have a 347 with a precision 76 would there be any benefit to using a ls2 intake over my current ls6

not that ive read. ls2 intakes are known to be restrictive.

LS2 intakes are better then LS1 intakes but not as good as LS6 intakes.

I can't exactly find the post. But there is a guy on here explaining this. ( I believe he was a sponsor. ) the ls6 intake is better. But the ls2 intake once its ported its the better intake. You can't port an ls6 intake because its only one piece. But I could be wrong. This is all off memory.

Its useless to port an LS6. I went form an LS6 intake on my car to an LS2. Mine is ported and painted and capped off with a FAST 90mm TB with very minor work to it. Hooked up to HpTuners by a local member here, I had next to no restriction. Now if your comparing the intakes box stock to box stock, go for an LS6 it will out do the LS2. Doing the LS2 swap is a cheap 90mm intake setup compared to going with a FAST or converting an ls6 to 90. Et's are posted in my sig aswell.
