Default wrong tire!?

ok i got a flat yesterday on my z28. today i took it to the tire store to have it fixed. turns out the hole was too big so they cant fix it. so i get a new tire bring it home to mount it get it on and then realize its a 255/50 16 when all the others are 245/50 16's. is this going to be a problem or will it just cause the tire to wear faster? im gonna get new wheels and tires soon so if its just gonna wear faster thats not a porblem, but if it will damage anything else i need to get the right one. any help is appreciated

It will cause a possible pull i.e. alignment issues. The taller tire may cause an ABS problem the taller tire conflicting with the shorter ones.

Yeah, evil is right, but those problems are marginal. It won't make that big of a difference, and you'll hardly notice it.

If it is on the rear you could cause some diff. problems with a taller tire on one side.
