Cam for DD
My 2001 WS6 has a Thunder Racing Cam: 228/228, .566 in it. Around 400 rwhp and it is very "drivable"on a daily basis. How much more radical could I get with the cam before drivability becomes an issue?

This is completely dependant on your tuner.
My Ms4 cam was more street friendly than my 226 cam because of the difference in tuners. My tuner tuned the 226 and it was way more street friendly than the Ms4 after that.
The gears/size of converter/exhaust has more of an impact on how street friendly a car is than the cam in most cases IMO.

Good point. But for most people a 224/230 area is mild enough where they wont complain. I had a 230/240 cam with a 3600 stall and 3.73s in my last car and drove fine, this time will be milled 243s, somewhere around a 228r, 4000 stall and 3.90s. OP if you are a stick get some gears, auto get a good converter
