Default Installing a fast intake manifold?????? Help???

Im installing a Fast 102mm intake manifold on my 99SS. I also have Fast precision flow fuel injections 36-LB-HR I was told not to put them in until before the dyno tune??? which im not getting dyno tuned untill I swap the CAM. Due to it running super rich? Should I wait to install the fuel injectors until I get it dyno tuned? Also I have fast billet fuel rails. Can I install the billet fuel rails with the stock injectors? or should I wait to install the billet fuel rails along with the injectors before the dyno tune???

you cannot install the injectors on the stock tune, you will hydro-lock it. ask me how i know.

the rails can be installed with the stock injectors as long as they are the same height style etc...

^Agreed. Wait to install the larger injectors until its time for the tune.

use a little grease on the O-rings,have a spare O ring handy in case you tear one..have every thing ready for a injector swap at the dyno,or trailer the car there with the new injectors installed.

Fack broke the oil pressure switch!

On the stock ls1 intake there is a big *** tube that came off of the manifold, the one behind the throttle body. It connects to the EGR on the passenger side header. There is no place for it on the FAST intake? what do I do with that tube? plug it? if so how?

Either drill and tap the appropriate holes for the egr, or **** can it. The fast intake has the spot for egr, it's just not open from the factory.

have the EGR deleted.if you have headers make some block off plates with scrape steel and a small grinder.you should be able to find a new oil sender at most auto stores.

Got it all on but I did'nt tighting the fuel lines on the fast fuel rails. So now I got a massive fuel leak way in the back FML!!!! Have to remove the fuel rails to get to the lines in the back. FYI tighting your f*cking fuel lines before you install fml. Thanks for ya'lls input/

For the most part the install went well few hickups. I need a new fuel pump. Any suggestions on a aftermarket fuel pump that will go good with my FAST precision flow 36LB HR injectors? Also before I installed the intake manifold my oil pressure was at 70PSI with the headers CAI. After the FAST install the oil pressure drops to 40PSI and fluck-shoe-ates romping on its. At atle it sits below 40PSI. I plan on changing out the oil pump when I do A cam swap. is it fine until than? Suggestion on a after oil pump?LS6?

Also is there more than one I have to change besides the fuel pump? aftermarket fuel fiter? I was looking at racetronix and they were talking about a fuel pump assembly? what is that do I have to get one of those too?

Hell yeah! 1800bucks well spent the throttle response is awesome!!! I was sick of these turbo 4bangers giving my healthy Ls1 a run for its money! Now I pull on them hard. Tires won't stick for ****! Next is my LSA comp cam, and yank converter. Do I have to pull the heads to swap the lifters?

Also can I swap out the mass air flow sensor with a bigger one before the tune? Would that be better for more air flow?

You can get a TSP or Lingenfelter 100mm MAF but is recommended that you swap it during the tune!
