Removing headlights on a camaro

Removing headlights on a camaro So far i got the passenger side off and it was pretty easy, its just the drivers side that im having trouble with. The 10mm bolt closest to the headlight doesnt want to come off. Every time I turn the bolt the whole thing turns and it doesnt screw out. any ideas on how to take it out without damaging anything
