Default Power Steering Stiff

I recently noticed after pulling my car out of storage that it seems a little harder to turn the steering wheel. fluid is good, pump makes no noises. is there another kind of pump i can get or something i can do to the old one to make turning the steering wheel a breeze?

Air up your tires! J/K
Try to flush the fluid first & see if that helps.
You pull the return hose put it into a container start car & add fluid to pump till it is clean fluid.
If that dont help the pump may be a gone'R
