Upgrade from mid-tubes. I want to get rid of my mid-tubes and get LT's. I need to know if I can cut the y-pipe down to work with LT's, or is there no way around buying a new y-pipe? Has anyone even tried re using thier y-pipe?

I have mid tubes, aftermarket ory and borla with no cats. I am going to get sweet thunder true duals in the future. I just want to keep what I have because I have other concerns, but if it is not possible then I guess I have to get the true dual set up.
