5.3 twin turbo? 
Im probably getting a twin turbo kit for my 5.3 vortec engine but i need to know what modifications will i need to do to the engine? ,rebuild it? And all that other stuff ..nd im also gonna throw in a v2 tourquer cam and im thinking its gonna be too much for this engine :/ ...some friends also told me a pro charger would work good too? ..needs some help guys thanks!

Just out of curiosity, what's this going in? I'm sure someone more qualified will answer this question but yes, at minimum you will want to change pistons to run turbos. And if youre going to do that, you may as well just build the motor for a turbo setup. You'll want to talk to someone about that cam too, as you will want a cam that is right for the rest of your setup i.e. those turbos.

The V2 cam isnt going to work well with a boosted setup. You are going to need a "blower" cam. Not just any cam will work on a forced induction setup. As far as building the motor it depends on how much power and boost you are wanting to run. Anything over 8-10psi your probably going to need to go through the motor.
