New guy with a C5 Hi everybody, hope you will welcome me to this forum. Been eyeing this forum for quite some time before finally registering. I like the technical nature that this forum seems to work on. Some of the other forums for Vette owners tend to have very low traffic or they are mostly vanity questions. I have a 2000 C5 6sp manual. I have mild basic mods for now. MGW short shifter, ARH long tube headers w/cats. Varraram VR-B2 intake, Corsa X-Treme catback and a basic "canned" Diablo tune. Tires are Goodyear F1's and I am getting ready to do a clutch soon within the next few weeks or so; so you will be seeing me ask some clutch questions on here in the next few posts. I am an experienced mechanic. For my real job, I work on emergency medical helicopters and play around with the Vette in my spare time. I must say, I am having a blast!!
