lq4. 12.1 compression?

I have a lq4, its being punch out .30 heads are 317, going to run 110 octane, can I get 12.1 compression? I need help finding out jegs can't find a piston I'm have a hard time frist time ls owner

Advanced Inductions can freshen, port, and modify those 317s to increase
compression and with .045" Cometic head gaskets and new LQ9 style flat-top
pistons I believe 11.5 is attainable....click AI's link on the right >>>>>>>>>>>
