Default LS2 GTO longtubes on LS1 F-body?

Probably a stupid question I know, but will pacesetter longtubes made for an ls2 GTO fit on my 01 ls1 camaro? I had a GTO before and never got around to putting them on and I would like to make use of them or sell them. I know I would need different midpipes for sure, but will the longtubes work?

I would think that they would work because the LS2 heads have the same casting number as the LS6 heads

I don't think they will fit without modification. The engine compartments and under side of each vehicle are different. It may hit the frame/crossmember/floorpan or any accessories.
