Default car wont start

im new to this thread and im not sure that im even posting in the right section, so save the bashing. i have a 2000 formula firebird ls1 6speed that wont start. last night on my way home the dash lights, radio, gauges etc all turned off for a few seconds then came back on as if nothing happened. now, today when i go to start it nothing happens. i thought dead battery but i checked and it was fully charged then i still tried jumping it off with no luck. i know its probably a fuse, just wondering if anyone could direct me to which fuse or what the problem may be? Thanks.

Maybe ignition fuse. Does the car power up when the key is turned to the On position?
