Default Replacement MAF?

Car is a 98 Z28. Went to start it the other day and it was sputtering horribly. Checked the DTC's and got p0102 & p0103. Basically pointing to a bad MAF. Got some cleaner, and it helped for about 30 seconds until it started sputtering again. I switched out the MAF with the one from my LSx Iroc, and it ran fine. So I'm just wondering which MAF I should buy? AC Delco has two that says will fit my car but are priced and look different. Just want a stock replacement, car wont be modded.

This one looks like the one on the car:

Neither one of those looks like any MAF I've ever had.

Both of my cars have looked like this. One being a 98 and one an 02.

Ac Delco changed the sensor out for a newer design. I have the 214-4657 it should come with a adapter cable.
