help! would you spray if you were me? well here's the story i got a race on friday agains an 03' cobra (stock) as you can see my sig i'm not too far along either but do you all think that i can take him or should I strap on the nx kit and spray a 75hp? what would you guys do? i always told myself i would never spray my car but well??? what do you guys say?

Hey Eddie, long time no talk. 
I say you won't even need the NX shot with your current mods. As long as you can hook up, then you'll be ok. Just make sure he doesn't have a pulley swap and I think you have this one. 
Good luck with the race. When and where are you going to race? Maybe I can take a shot at him too, I haven't had a decent race in a long time.

All you have to Do is hook and you got him... I have a 98Z that runs 12.50's@113(M6) and i Pulled my Buddys 04 Cobra with Flows and CAI By 1 Car length... Then i raced him from a Dig( I was on New Nittos ) I Raped him by 1 1/2 outa the hole... All N All How new are your nittos ?

03 Cobra's have a bad problem with wheel hop. In the 1/4 their times stock suck. If you are running 12.6 you should kick his a$$. Changing shocks in that car make a huge difference. My best friend has an 03 with 413 rwhp and cant get into the 12's. He just changed to QA-1 shocks and that car should hook up good now.

cool, the problem is that it's a true street class, which means, full interior, no e.t. streets or any kind of drag tire except drag radials and you have to have full exhaust not cut outs. so i'm thinking of selling my borla to just weld on a bullet but some people tell me that the 12'' in bullet is too loud?

You hear about alot of folks spraying, but how often do you hear the broken cylinder, blown trans(a4). the shiz makes a man greedy. Next thing you'll be running 1200psi with no jet in the airbox
but then again our motors are cheap so go for it!!

now if you can beat his *** all motor, then you are badass (or he's a bad driver).

well race never took place he didn't show up and a good thing he didn't since i didn't get a decent run in. i went 12.94@106 on my only run. I guess it was because I'm still trying to find the sweet spot on this converter. I ussually launch around 1800 this time i launched it at 800 and well it wasn't my best pass of course it was humid as hell also so that didn't help. oh well
