Default Weird Deacceleration

When my car is coming down from its rev and I have the clutch in, it sometimes doesn't come back down to were it usually idles. It will come back down to about 500 RPMs and then go back up to 750. I thought it was the IAC valve, but I replaced that and it still does the same thing. Does anybody have any idea as to what it might be. The only mod I have is an SLP lid. Any help is greatly appreaciated.

Mine has always done this until I come to a complete stop. I have always thought it strange but have never been worried about it.

It's computer control of the IAC to keep the car from stalling.
