Would 28/11.5/16 Hoosiers fit under the wells. (stock 10 bolt rear)

What mod might be needed and what wheel (ie size , offset)
How about stock 01 Z28 wheel??

I measured one and and they are 27inch in Diameter, 10 inch track, and 8.5 inches inside width (lip to lip).
