Default Glitches?

This being the first time i had my car at the new job where i can park and still see my car all day, i noticed that it has the tendance to blare the stock alarm...two beeps and then it shuts up, i was at work for 9 hours and it happened twice. No one was near it and not loud noises around it. Its done this everyday since i started taking it to work since last friday. What could this be? Also can it be linked to the power driver seat? Every once in a while it just doesnt work, but for the most part it works when i try to move it. Any ideas? Electrical short?

Next time it does it see if you notice the parking light come on with it also.
Maybe your reciever is fried or the BCM??
These are the fun pain in the @$$ ones I get to figure out.....

Check the battery (car's battery, not the remote). I have heard that if its low, the alarm can do odd things.

check the sensitivity by your spare. look in the owner's manual for settings. I'm sure it's wind, another car's exhaust, or booming bass that is causing it. Try that first.

It will honk twice when it's aggravated, and then keep honking if it's really pissed off

The parking lot was dead empty when it did it the last time...yea the parking lights flashed w/ it when it honked twice. Battery is fine. Sensitivity i already dealt w/ last year when i was going to school in a crummy area. I turned it back down though. Could be the remote being fried....i'll look into that, thanks.
