Default C5 install issues

Installed TSP Long Tubes and x pipe W/high flow cats. Throwing lots of codes, some expected some not so much.
P1637 (Generator L-terminal circuit)
P1638 (Generator F-terminal circuit)
P0300 (Random, Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected)
+ various 02 codes (expected) rear 02's are no longer in the car and i pulled the fuse/disconnected air pump for the egr. New plugs, and wires so I don't think that is the issue. Generator/alt or wiring issues? Planed to drive the car to the tuner, but in its current state I don't think an hour drive would be wise. Any ideas on this?

Thanks, descriptions added. Also when I first drove the car it would go up to 2000 rpms hold for a few seconds then take off, this happened in 1st and 2nd gear. Seems to fall on its face in 4th gear.

Is your alternator plugged in? Dumb question i know. Check the terminal connection/wires and the plug in one also. You undo any ground wires on the engine?

alt is plugged up, had to remove the ground strap to get the driver side header in. Made sure to bolt it back up as well. Ran the car this morning cleared the previous codes and got p0131 and p0300, got a new 02 sensor to put in. I don't think the generator codes would cause the miss or sluggish driving? I'll install this 02 and double check the harness wires.

clean the maf for the stalling around 2k rpms. had the same problem and maf was bad. try unplugging it and driving it for a while and see if it runs better. if it does drive better clean the maf with maf cleaner and see if it helps. if not get a new maf. also take the alternator off and take it to local parts store and have them check it. its free and worth a shot.

Put in new 02, wire was crimped under heat shield. Still haven't tracked the generator issue.
