Arrow SSRA or SSRA JAWS? opinions...

Hey guys well Ive been doing a ton of reading here (stickies are GREAT) and I see that the SSRA's are a great bolt on. Im kind of undecided on whether I should pull the trigger on the regular ssra or the newer JAWS version. Im keeping a/c so the chris1313 isn't for me. I love the fact of the opening getting larger on the jaws but knowing that this car is going to be a 100% street race car im worried about hitting a bump, and tearing the thing to shreds or possibly scooping up water if I get stuck in the rain... This is NOT my daily just a weekend warrior btw.. Any opinions are greatly appreciated! Thanks is advance guys...

Also would like to hear how these compare to the chrs1313 AC ram air. I am between the regular SSRA, SSRA Jaws, and chris1313 AC ram air right now. It is my daily and I have similar concerns about AC function, ability to get caught on driveways/curbs, and water.

I just bought and installed the SSRA A/C version as well, and really like it! If it's a street car i'd stay away from the JAWS one personally....this thing hangs low enough as it is, and if you are lowered on top of that well lol.......

ive got the SSRA and like it. It doesnt hang down as much as people think. Just gotta be careful when parking and stop short of the parking bumps. Speedbumps would have to be super tall to even affect the SSRA...Ive never seen a speedbump that tall. So your good to go with the SSRA

You are just on Strano springs correct? So no major issues on clearance for the most part then? I'll be doing Strano's or BMR's soon and am always thinking about this SSRA and my damn hanging exhaust lol

yeah stranos and Bilsteins
My y-pipe hangs down but thats about it.

I wouldnt worry a bit about the SSRA , it never hits anything. Ya just gotta take certain places at an angle.

Okay that's good to know! I'm always cautious anyways about how I park, what i'm driving over, etc...so that part in itself wouldn't bother me. Ironically, my y-pipe is the lowest point as well...right on the drivers side where it snakes out towards the edge of the car
