Default Ideas/Opinions

Well I am wanting to start a new set up for my Silverado.. Just wondering what are the cheapest ways on going faster.. I've been considering buying this

http://www.ebay.com/itm/496-600hp-CHEVY-ENGINE-BIGBLOCK-STROKER-POWERFULL-454-502-540-572-CRATE-MOTOR-/200943652679?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item2ec92ccf47&vxp=mtr
My question is how much more $$ would i have to spend ( more less ) to have it running on my truck 100% Since thats just the motor itself.

Or should I just buy a 6.0 and bore it to a 408? If so how much $$ would I spend doing that? ( again just more less )
Any links, places i could get it bored at? ( I Live in south texas, Zapata TX to the exact )

My Current setup:
5.3L
Custom grind cam ( don't know the specs )
Double Springs, Texas Speed Pushrods, LS7 Lifters
Cerematic coated long tube headers with a 3in straight pipe W/cut out
Complete KNN
Fully built 4l60 with a TB Stall
373s With Possi
Electric fans
And I'm Tuned with KHP ( Tuner from Houston, TX )

Thanks in advance! Looking forward on learning new things.
