Default Crankshaft position sensor

In a 02 t a ws6 where is the crankshaft position sensor and how hard Is it to change? Also after changing it I'd anything required or Just reseting the code?

Right above the starter. It may or may not need a relearn.
What code does it have?

Get a scanner that will do a relearn and it will probably be
just fine

Btw it threw the code after it started to hesitate when you really hit down on the gas, kinda acted like it wasn't getting gas or maybe the maf was dirty but that's the code I got

I'd just do a relearn. I've got a 2000 GMC that pops that code every
18 to 24mo. relearn has fixed it every time. Had it twice on my Z28 in 7yrs same thing.

Changed the sensor and it still does the same thing. Does it have to be relearned as well?

Changed the wiring for the sensor but now my temp gauage isn't working... Any ideas? Could it be related?
