243 vs. 799 heads....what is the difference?

Default 243 vs. 799 heads....what is the difference?
Are there really any differences between the two? If so, what?

My memory may be a little rusty but from what I remember the only difference from were the LS6 243's had lighter valves, they had yellow valve springs. Besides that all 243/799 heads are the same.
