Default Cam reccomendation?

Just bought an 01' LS1 Z28 Auto.

Plans are:
4l80E w/yank 3600 or 4000 Converter
Full exhaust
373 gears
Full Suspension
Tune
NOS 150-200 Shot.

Im curious if anyone could recommend the perfect cam for this setup.
Thanks in advance

It is best to call a vendor on here.

Tick Performance
Texas Speed
Or if you are in New England, Slowhawk is a great resource around here.

They should be able to help spec a cam for you. You will need to discuss your goals, when/how the car is driven, what kind of driveablility do you want, etc.

So now tell us your personal requirements for a cam in your car. This is what you want it to do and/or don't want it to do; and don't be vague.
