Even with the best HCI combo out there it probably isn't going to happen to be honest. Stroker, nitrous, blower, or turbo is really the only realistic way

Boost of some kind. Thats the easiest most reliable way. An n/a build is possible but will cost loads of money and can't be done on stock cubes I don't think.

Is boring it out and turning in it to a 408 possible for a every day driver or is that just asking for over heating problems

Turbo or nitrous or a blower and deep pockets.

No, but you can hone it .005 over and stroke it to 402 with out any problems. LS motors are easier to keep cool than old school sbc's and bbc's, you just need a decent radiator and electric fans.

But if you want 550rwhp the easiest way there would be a cam and a D1SC or F1 Procharger, TVS 2300 Magachager,or a Whipple or Kenny Bell twin screw super charger. A turbo or 2 would work also but they're more work to set up.

agree with every body else ^^^^.nos would be easiest, centrifugal blower should be easier then a turbo .check out brute speed for super chargers . how much money do you want to spend ?get a forged stroker rotating assembly .check out some ported l92/ls3 heads from Texas Speed .get a fast 102 intake ,and a custom cam.

Budget turbo kit or nitrous would be the way to go.

Are you planning on staying at a 500+RWHP at a daily basis?
