just picked up a 6.0l out of a 2000 silverado, im assuming its an lq4 as it has iron heads on it, also heard these cranks are differnt and only fit 4L80Es and older transmissions, not T56

how much if thats true and is there anything else i should know about it? are the heads equal to 317s?

i only paid $350 for intake to oil pan, tb included and all sensors so not to worried but

It probably has the long crank, meaning it will work with a t56, but only an lt1 t56. And you would have to bastardize a clutch setup probably. Unless you plan on running a 4l80e, I'd sell it and pick up a short crank engine.

Any trans that was originally behind a small block will work with the correct flex plate.

ok thanks! and would this be a smc 350 flex plate or a "custom" swap one?

coild i use the one thats currently in my sb 350/700r4 set up?
