O2 Sensor problems + aftermarket shifter ****
I just had my 02 sensors replaced because I had 2 codes thrown. P1037 low voltage and another that was similar. The sensors were replaced but codes are thrown again.. any ideas to give my mechanic when I go back in on monday? I have SLP long tube headers and Exhaust.
Also - any information on a shifter **** that is a direct easy replacement for my factory hurst short throw?
Thanks in advance

Long tubes just **** off O2 sensors, no way around it.
You have to kill the codes and live with some worse
low-pedal mixture control. And there are other codes
that are "fellow travelers" - heater, insufficient switching
etc. Be sure you kill them right (enabled, no error reported)
or you'll and up faulted into open loop - whether that is
a good or a bad thing, depends on how well tuned and
immune to aging.

They are GM factory 02 sensors... I need to get the car emissions tested so I can re-register it..... if you need other info let me know the car came with a predator computer thing. If a different "tune" is installed would that also change the way the 02 sensors act?
and the insufficient switching is the other code thrown.
