Security Control Module Location Hey all, so I'm new to the ls1 trans am world and not going to lie I'm loving it. Anyways I bought an 2000 trans am convertible with no round key for the locks and trunk and security key fob. So I bought a key fob/security control module combo for it used and I'm having trouble locating where that module is. If anybody can help that would be awesome!!! Thanks so much

the BCM is behind the passenger side kick panel. remove lower panel under glove box and kick panel. open and empty your glove box and squeeze the inner box together and swing the glove box out as it will give you a better view of the BCM. its held in place by a plastic bracket and can be a bitch to get out!
