Default What year head bolts do I need?
I have a 98 block with 243 off of a 07 silverado what yr bolts do I need?

Buy bolts for the block. The heads are the same as far as bolts are concerned.

As said above ^^^ You buy bolts/studs on the year of your block... You will want to buy the PRE-2004 bolt set.
