When installing the TPS onto the throttle body, should you have to twist it (open it) to get it to lock in? Because I have to on mine. Which makes it read .7v at idle and for some weird reason 4.3 WOT. I'm about to my end on figuring out this high idle problem it's driving me crazy. Idles great when unplug TPS. Idles at 1800-2000 with it plugged it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Sorry if this has been covered I've searched day and night for the last 5 days.

Yes I did reset it. Didn't change anything.
