With a stock stall or a higher stall speed? That will make a difference. This swap is worth no more than about 1 tenth at best (and likely less) with a 3500+ stall.

1 tenth difference would be with a 3500+ aftermarket stall. Stock stall the difference from 3.23 to 3.73 would probably be .2-.4 depending on tires/traction. .4 may be pushing it for just .50 difference in ratio though
