Default 12 inch clutch

Will a 12 inch clutch fit in my stock 02 trans am tranny? (comes with new flywheel and everything)

Yes but you should post more details about the specific clutch that your talking about. Just because it fits doesn't mean it's worth the trouble of putting it in.

I have a level 1 and it's great. At times I second guess myself and wish I had gotten a level 2 for more durability but so far it's holding up great with about 15,000 miles and probably a dozen or so 1/8 mile passes at the drag strip. I'd strongly suggest you install a new slave cylinder and a remote speed bleeder line while it's apart, and it wouldn't hurt to look into a Tick master cylinder but that can be installed any time the trans doesn't have to come out to install it.
