retune? worth it?
I'm switching my catback from magna flow to SLP loudmouth 2. I also installed a ls6 manifold and did free ram air mod. Do I need a retune? Anybody have before/after #'s after a retune with these mods to see If retune is worth it?thx

Lol installed a converter with 190 k with no tranny rebuild? How's your car run with that many miles? I thought I had a lot of miles lol. Yeah shop I deal with retunes for 150. I've just read that ls6 doesn't really require retune ? I need every HP I can get. So if you guys think a retune is worth it I will def get it! Shop recommends 160 stat so I'd have to get fans tunned anyways. What you think on the 160? I've read mixed reviews on the lower stat? Shop I deal with is a reputable shop so I'm pretty sure they know what there talking about

That's a good time for those mods. That's with the converter also correct? I have full bolt ons and my best time is 13.0. That's without ls6\k&n\ free ram air mod on stock tires

i hate to assume anything, does the car have the stock factory tune or a mail order? or a shop dyno tune? if stock i'd get a tune. if already tuned then just an intake or muffler isnt that big a change imo.
